Industrial Radio Remote  Control Receiver

Firmware development of a universal receiver for radio controls for a wide range of applications.

About the Customer

Logo NBB

NBB Controls+Components is an established company with more than 40 years of experience in the development, production and sales of electromechanical systems, industrial electronics and industrial radio remote control systems.

The receiver translates control signals from the remote control to the system or vehicle on which the receiver is installed, in a manner understandable for the respective system or vehicle. Additionally, the receiver is capable of sending feedback data from the system back to the remote control display.

Considering the broad range of applications for the receiver, the main focus in firmware development has been on the following points:

  • Maximum reconfigurability to be usable for all types of vehicles/systems with minimal adaptation effort.

  • Compliance with valid safety standards in application industries, such as IEC 61508 and EN 50325-5.

One Receiver, a multitude of applications
